Man Sees Triangular Object Floating Above Tree Line. Object Then Accelerated Away

Description (In Witness's Own Words):  I sighted lights near Jones Road near 249 Houston Texas. I saw triangular shaped lights. The lights appeared as plane but noiseless. They were floating over tree line. I stopped car to look [ this is about the 4th time in 2 years I have witnessed this object near my neighborhood ] . The craft accelerated out of view just below tree line. I pulled into driveway to view again and craft had returned to original position. I walked out into the street for a better view and craft dipped quickly below tree line again. I have seen this craft/activity as mentioned several times in the NW area of Houston where I live.

Investigator's Notes: This one of several triangular shaped objects (lights) that I have received this year.  One wonders if these are military craft.  It doesn't seem logical that the military would be testing these craft at low altitude over populated areas.
