Description (In Witness's Own Words): I Saw one extremely bright light moving rapidly from west to east. The altitude of the light was around 3000 ft. Skies were clear with occasional clouds. Visibility 15+ miles. The object was in sight for approximately 1 minute and directly over us for about 10 seconds. No sound was heard.

Investigator's Notes: The witness reported the sighting within 24 hours after it happened. She apparently felt that the light (or object) was nothing conventional (satellite, balloon, meteor, etc). More details are necessary to classify this sighting. I have written to the witness to request more details. Any updates will be posted.
