Man Sees Football Shaped Object In Late Afternoon Skies That Suddenly Disappeared

Weather: Cloud Ceiling 5,500 Feet (Broken Clouds), Overcast at 25,000 Feet. Visibility 10 Miles.

Description (In Witness's Own Words With a Few Edits):  Sighting occurred in the afternoon (4-5 pm). Location: San Antonio TX. Bexar  County I saw a bright white light almost light blue shaped like a football but slightly squared. I saw it at a glance while I was driving north bound 281 I37 in the Brooks City Base area towards SW. Military DR. I noticed something odd in the sky and thought it might have been an airplane or a blimp then I turned away because I was driving then I took a double take because I realized it was something I have never seen before then it was gone. I looked all over the sky and it was gone just like that. Airplanes or blimps will still be visible in that split second. It was gone! 

Investigator's Notes:  This sighting occurred in the daytime under a cloudy sky.  The object was likely below the lower base which was 5,500 feet. Unfortunately the witness was driving and likely didn't get a good look at the object.  For this reason little can be said about this sighting. I will be monitoring for other reports in the area. Any updates will be posted.
