Description (From Rotonews): This was reported on one of our TV stations. We have been trying to find out more but no one will talk to us. Coast Guard Medevacs 3, Including 11-year-old boy The Coast Guard medevaced a family of three, including an 11-year-old boy, from the Intracoastal Waterway near High Island, Texas. A watchstander a Coast Guard Sector Houston/Galveston received a call for help over the radio. The family was disoriented and complained that their bodies felt like they were slowing down. When asked, they could not remember their birthdays or weight. Coast Guard Air Station Houston crews launched an HH-65C Dolphin helicopter to assist. They arrived at the boat and quickly hoisted the family into the helicopter. The family was then brought to Herman Memorial Hospital in Houston. Posted on Monday, February 05, 2007.
Second Report by Witness: The TV station is KPRC, Houston, Texas Channel 2 aired the story. The event happend on February 4, 2007. Yes the story was in Rotornews. We did see the film for about 10 minutes the TV. The Coast Guard will not tell us anything, except they took care of it. If you need anymore information let me know.
Investigator's Notes: This sounds like a strange incident whereby the Coast Guard rescued a family that experienced some sort of traumatic event that suggests a "time slowing" experience. It is interesting to note that the media and Coast Guard will not release any information about what happened. What would be the reason for this? |
