Description (As Summarized by One of Witness's Daughter): I live in USA and my mother lives in a small village in Uganda, North Kigezi, Rukungiri, Rujumbura, Nyakagyeme - near Kasoroza. When I spoke to her on phone today, she told me that in our village, something "came with lots of light around it" and it landed in a swamp and "this thing' removed all the swamp and left only water. The villagers are all in shock. I asked her whether anyone from the local newspapers had seen it or had seen the place where the swamp was removed. She replied "this is a village - no newspaper people here" I am hoping that this catches the attention of someone somewhere. I am not sure what this is, but it is certainly unidentified. My mother is 84 and knows nothing about UFO or aliens etc.

Investigator's Notes: I have written to the person who reported this incident to try to learn more details about what happened. The story sounds intriguing, but more information is needed to say anything definitive.
