Description: I was driving westbound on Highway 34. I saw a metallic object that was a rounded shape reflecting the sun. It darted behind a cloud. It then came out of the cloud as we entered Ottumwa from exit 191 and then it disappeared. I would say it was in the northeast quadrant of Ottumwa.

Note: The description sounds like a flying saucer type object. However, given that the witness was driving means that he would have more of a chance of making observational errors.
