Timmins is in Southeastern Ontario About 300 Miles North-Northwest of Toronto.

Description: It was 12:25 AM. something caught my attention at the corner of my eye. I often see planes and such and I know what they look like at night when they are about to land at the airport. This was not a plane. It was flashing red and white lights in a circular motion, and was passing by very slowly in the beginning, but suddenly it zoomed by. I lost track when it suddenly went into a different direction. Right after this happened I saw an actual plane fly by on it's way to land at the airport.

Note: The witness seems to know what normal aircraft look like at night. Given available information I have no explanation for this sighting.
