Tracy is About 50 Miles East of San Francisco.

Description: The object that we saw was large in size would zigzag left to right and back. The object would rise straight up into the sky and then shoot down and to the right. It flew over us at one point slowly and we were unable to hear any engine of any sort. It would fly into the sky again and then disappear out of sight only to re-appear again within seconds. It lasted about 20 minutes

Note: Given the erratic movement observed by the witnesses and the photos (aqua colored object) this report is quite intriguing. In the second photo above the enlargement shows that the object has fragmented (separated) into two objects. The photos were taken with a NIKON D60 digital camera. This camera has a maximum resolution of 10.2 mega-pixels. There was no evidence of tampering with these photos.
