4 Starlight Orbs in Straight Line Hover in Night Sky
Deer Island is Near the Washington State Border by the Columbia River.
Deer Island is About 20 Miles North of Portland.

Description: I saw 4 starlight orbs in a perfectly horizontal straight line hovering overhead that stayed constant for 30 minutes. Then other light activity occurred above the horizontal line. The line of lights then showed apparent movement to the North until it disappeared. I heard no sound. The lights were blinking.
Note: This sighting may be explainable if more information were available.
