Erratic Moving Orange Light Size of Small Aircraft Seen in Night Sky
Victoria is on the Southern Shore of Vancouver Island
About 60 Miles Northwest of Seattle.

Description: I saw a light about the size of a small aircraft. It was traveling roughly the speed of a fighter jet, but would slow down and speed up frequently, changing direction (up and down). I It was traveling roughly South-southeast to North-northwest. The color was bright orange.
