Description: I was standing at a park in Merritt island, FL. Four other people and I witnessed something huge burning and falling from the sky. We thought it was a meteor until it came closer to earth and separated into two and sat over the ocean in Cocoa Beach, FL. After sitting there for about 3 to 5 minutes it changed to black and disappeared over the ocean. For some reason my iPhone and my friends smartphone refused to make a video. This photo is the only proof I have. This is after it fell from the sky and separated into 2.
Note: This object was not likely a meteor given the strange description and photo.
Comments Received November 8, 2011: I am laughing out loud! Those were parachuters with lights on their shoes for the air show. It is good looking though.
