The Sighting Occurred a Few Miles North of San Diego, California.

Description: I was on my way home on interstate 5 South in San Diego County and passing Palomar exit I noticed some lights in the southern sky. They appeared in clear diamond shape. They would blink off and reappear. As I was approaching closer I noticed two more sets of lights to the southwest. Getting closer the lights changed hue, and were stationary. I am sending a photo which I took. I zoomed the picture in and this what was captured. I took some others, but they are blurry. I will point out that Hot Air Balloons do fly in this location, but I have never seen them out this late.
