Description: The witness left a voice-mail message and described his sighting. He was taking sequential photos (automatically every 5 seconds) of hot air balloons. Suddenly a white object appears that is moving in the opposite direction of the balloons. The witness thought that the object could have been a satellite until it turned around (reversing direction) and then vanished!

Note: The witness has made a strong case that this light is unexplained and unidentified. I agree.
